ADJ Group Announces New European Management StructureThe ADJ Group of Companies announces that a new management team will be running its European operation with immediate effect. The new team will be responsible together for the continued growth of all European-based companies including ADJ Supply Europe B.V., Elation Professional B.V., and DuraTruss B.V. The new management team is made up of familiar faces from within ADJ Europe and consists of Marc Librecht, European sales manager (Elation); Kris Dawber, European sales manager (ADJ); Jo Mulders, general manager; and Sebastian Mobers, purchase manager. The new management team in Europe has been hand-picked by ADJ president Toby Velazquez. Speaking of the change, Velazquez said: "These are exciting times for ADJ in Europe. The last couple of years have seen rapid expansion, new warehousing, and hundreds of new products. At the heart of any good company is a solid leadership team and to cope with our growth plans it was essential that we move forward with a new management structure. The new team consists of veteran staff from our European operations, who bring experience and a teamwork mentality to our daily operations, ensuring closer collaboration with myself and other top management members including Eric Loader, our director of sales for Elation and Acclaim, as well as Brian Dowdle and Alfred Gonzales from our ADJ USA headquarters team. This is a significant step for the ADJ Group of Companies and further strengthens our foundations in Europe." Speaking on behalf of the new management team, Dawber explained how they are all relishing the new responsibilities: "Our number one goal is to take care of our customers and ensure continued growth for the ADJ Group. The timing of this announcement is particularly important as we head in to Prolight + Sound," he said. "Together we are focused on ensuring we bring to Frankfurt an exciting new offering of products along with a world class sales and support team to back them up." Dirk Kast, the former general manager of ADJ Europe companies who was instrumental in building the European arm of the company, has now handed over his duties to the capable new management team. The company says "ADJ would like to thank Kast for all of his hard work in building the business to where it is today. Kast is moving on to new opportunities and we wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors."
