Chief Certification Program Adds New Online Training Course

Chief, a manufacturer of AV mounting solutions, has launched a new online training class available through the Chief certified partner program. The product training module focuses on new mounting solutions for education applications and comes on the heels of an upgraded website with new user-friendly features.

Available now, the new class provides a better understanding of features and benefits of Chief mounting solutions applicable to the education market. The training module also provides industry credit -- one CTS RU, one CEDIA CEU, and one DSEG credit for both the product and install tracks.

More than 3,300 users have been using Chief's certification program to differentiate their businesses through free online training. In total, the program is now worth up to 12.5 CTS RUs, eight CEDIA CEUs, two DSEG credits, and one AIA credit -- all for free. Users also earn great rewards throughout their training.

"Chief certification is a great way for installers and dealers to increase their knowledge of Chief solutions while earning free industry credits," said Mike Moon, Chief's training and installation manager. "They can take the training that applies most to their market segments, differentiate their business, and earn rewards, all on their schedule and at their pace."

Chief has made many upgrades to the program this year including an improved login and registration process, automatic transcripts and better industry credit tracking, and a streamlined rewards program.
