PR Lighting Launches New Products

PR Lighting's XR 1000 Beam

PR Lighting, Ltd. announces the fully automated XR 1000 Spot, equipping an Osram HTI 1000 W/PS 1,000W metal halide lamp and housed in an IP20, high temperature engineered plastic chassis. The company says this luminaire is brighter than a conventional 1,200W discharge lamp, and with a weight of just 31kg. Highlights of the powerful feature-set include seven rotating gobos and seven fixed gobos; a three-fact prism, soft frost and fire effect wheel; and a linear zoom with range of 9- to 47-degrees.

The XR 1000 Beam version features: 2,800K-6,500K linearly color temperature; smooth CYM color mixing system, plus CTO with macro; color wheel with seven colors (plus white) and vari-speed bi-directional rainbow effect; step/linear color changing; DMX linear focusing and zooming; 0-100% linearly adjustable dimming and 5-100% linearly adjustable iris (with macro); double shutter blades with shutter speed of 0.3-25fps (with macro).Other beam angles include 10- to 21-degrees (5-degrees in high light) and frost effect 9- to 31-degrees; pan 540-degrees and tilt 270-degrees of the head movement.

The XR 1000 also offers a number of other useful features: energy-saving ballast; sensor diagnosis function; modular structure for easy maintenance; DMX512 wireless signal; optional DMX512 transmitter; RDM; etc.

The new XRLED 500 Spot (PR-8160) offers four-in-four linear color mixing from a 280W RGBW LED light source, which offers a smaller but brighter color change solution, with color temperature adjustable between 2,700K-10,000K. The new LED has the beam angle between 12- to 36-degrees, and provides linear color mixing (with macro function) to produce variable speed bi-directional rainbow patterns, interspersed with variable pulse and strobe effects. Gobo patterns are achieved via rotating and fixed wheels, each offering seven interchangeable gobos (plus white). In addition, the one by three-facet prism is bi-directionally rotatable at variable speeds. The iris can be linearly adjusted as can the electronic strobe (between 0.3 - 20fps) while control is via DMX. And also has DMX512 wireless availability and optional DMX512 wireless transmitter.
