Sensaphonics Adds Pyne, Sandrok to Artist Relations and Sales Team Sensaphonics, the audio industry provider of hearing wellness and in-ear technology, announces the promotion of Claudia Pyne to the position of artist relations/sales specialist. In a related move, marketing specialist Richard Sandrok is joining the team as an independent outside sales and marketing consultant. Both appointments are effective immediately. Pyne has been with Sensaphonics for 15 years, developing first-hand knowledge of every aspect of the business, starting as receptionist, then spending several years as a lab tech before moving back to "front of house" duties as primary client liaison and support. Also an accomplished visual artist, she helped develop silicone earpieces with handcrafted multi-color swirls preferred by artists like Chance The Rapper. Previously, Pyne worked as a multidisciplinary theatre tech in northern California and the Chicago theatre community, doing everything from scenic and properties design to sound and lights. Sandrok comes to Sensaphonics with a wealth of pro audio experience, including 10 years of artist relations experience at Shure, working with many of the leading artists and sound engineers in touring sound. A musician and digital content producer by trade, Sandrok is a big fan of the Sensaphonics design philosophy, which values custom fit with soft silicone earpieces for maximum isolation as the basis for delivering high-impact audio at safe levels. As Sensaphonics president and founder Dr. Michael Santucci explains, "We're constantly working to extend our reach while providing top-notch service and support to our clients. Claudia Pyne is steeped in every aspect of our business and already has great support relationships with most of our clients. This promotion is a natural next step in her career, and acknowledges the tremendous contributions she has made to Sensaphonics. I'm also thrilled to add Richard Sandrok to our team. As a musician and industry professional, he shares our passion for helping people make smart choices with their hearing and monitoring, both on stage and off." For Pyne, the move to sales and artist relations specialist is just the next step in a steady career progression. "Coming from a backstage tech background, I'm very aware of all the pieces that have to work together for a successful production," she says. "In-ears and hearing protection play a critical role, and we really partner with our clients to help them make smart choices. Everything we do here is custom, from learning the client's needs to handcrafting their order in the lab. Having worked backstage, in our lab, and in the office, I feel like I'm now in a unique position to deliver the full Sensaphonics experience." Sandrok, who will also be serving clients at Chicago area venues, echoed Pyne's view. "I am proud to partner with a company that provides advanced IEM technologies that sound amazing and actively promote hearing health," he says. "Products like 3D Active Ambient and dB Check meet very real needs and have no real competition. I'm excited to be working with the one in-ear company that really cares about their clients." Sandrok represents Sensaphonics exclusively in the IEM and hearing protection categories. He is available for phone consultation and venue visits in the Chicago area, and can be reached via email or text at richard.sandrok@gmail.com, and by phone at (+1) 847-868-2028. Pyne works full-time at Sensaphonics headquarters in Chicago, where she can be reached at (+1) 312-432-1714. Her new email is sales@sensaphonics.com. For more information, please visit the URL below.
