Nominees Announced for the New York Innovative Theatre Foundation Awards

The New York Innovative Theatre Foundation, honoring the best of Off-Off Broadway, announced its nominations on August 8. The Golfer, Gordy Crashes, and Gorey: The Secret Lives of Edward Gorey currently lead the Design categories with three nominations each. For Golfer, the nominees are Kaitlyn Elizabeth Day for Costume Design, Ian W. Hill for Sound Design, and Berit Johnson for Innovative Design (Props). For Gordy, the nominees are Serena Wong for Lighting Design, Kate Noll for Set Design, and Mark Van Hare for Sound Design. Finally, the nominees for Gorey are Travis Russ & Carl Vorwek for Set Design, and John Narun for both Lighting Design and Innovative Design (Projection).
