A.C. Lighting Promotes Chris Souza to National Sales Manager A.C. Lighting announces Chris Souza's promotion to national sales manager. Reporting to Fred Mikeska, executive vice president of sales, Souza will oversee A.C. Lighting's sales team across the US and Canada. In his expanded role, he will focus on developing strategic sales initiatives to achieve annual goals, strengthening relationships with partners, and leading and mentoring the sales team. "I am honored to promote Chris to this newly created role," says Mikeska. "Chris has consistently delivered exceptional results in his sales region, reflecting his vast experience.
