(l-r) Herb Brandt and Stephen Gray

Creative Technology announces two key promotions in its executive management team. Effective immediately, Herb Brandt has been named president of the Creative Technology Group in the US and Stephen Gray will be taking on the newly created role of senior vice president of NEP Live Events.

Brandt is a 27-year veteran with extensive experience across all of CT's business offerings. His most recent role as chief business officer focused on the client-facing side of the business, enhancing CT's go-to-market strategies while developing new, innovative solutions for customers. During his tenure at CT, Brandt has worked hard to build teams and pass on his knowledge helping to develop the next generation of talent. His vast and deep knowledge of the live events industry from engineering and project management to sales and operations provides a strong foundation for leading CT's largest Live Events business going forward.

Gray has been a part of the Creative Technology family since 1994 and has built a reputation grounded in customer service and operational excellence. His hard work, attention to detail and technical expertise has helped CT build and maintain an inventory that is second to none while maximizing its utilization across the company. He will continue in his current role as chief operating officer for CT US while he takes on the responsibilities as senior vice president for all of NEP Live Events. This new role will focus on expanding operational efficiencies across the wider Live Events Group, which, as a combined entity, is now one of the largest Audio-Visual businesses in the world.

Graham Andrews, who founded Creative Technology in 1986, will remain president of NEP Live Events and CEO of the global Creative Technology Group.

"I would like to thank both Herb and Stephen for their very significant contributions that have made this business what it is today," offers Andrews. "Their dedication and hard work over these many years has helped to shape our capabilities and our culture which in turn has impacted the industry as a whole. I look forward to continuing to develop this world class business that we have all built together."
