Powersoft Brings New Products to InfoComm 2024

Visit Powersoft at InfoComm 2024, Stand #C9327.

Powersoft will make waves in Las Vegas by showcasing its new Unica maritime certification kit, its Verso cloud gateway, MyUniverso cloud platform, and new low-power Unica models at InfoComm 2024 (June 8-14).

InfoComm attendees will have the opportunity to find out more about the latest addition to the all-in-one Unica platform: a maritime kit that confirms Unica can be used safely at sea. This kit serves as a testament to Unica's unparalleled reliability, undergoing rigorous testing to achieve compliance with the main marine safety standards (IEC 60945 and IACS E10), the company says. The addition of a Unica maritime kit provides cruise ships and other marine vessels with all the same benefits offered by the platform, along with a number of unique selling points for marine users.

In addition to the Unica maritime certification kit, Powersoft will showcase Verso, a gateway device designed to connect current Powersoft products to its MyUniverso cloud platform. Attendees will have the opportunity to find out how the Verso gateway helps system integrators and IT managers take full advantage of the MyUniverso cloud platform and discover Verso's robust logging and data storage capabilities, which ensure local continuity or service even during internet outages.

Powersoft will also demonstrate how Verso streamlines device integration with Dolby Atmos Connect Patching, allowing users to input basic information from Dolby processors, seamlessly managed by ArmoníaPlus software. This integration enables direct amplifier setup without external devices or software.

The Powersoft team will be on hand to demonstrate the new lower-power Unica 1K8 and Unica 5K4, first introduced at ISE in Barcelona, designed for smaller applications. The entire Unica series now benefits from Dynamic Music Distribution (DMD) functionalities, previously exclusive only to Mezzo. The new low-power models of Unica, and the addition of DMD features that extend background music capabilities, keep true to the "one size fits all" nature of the platform and emphasise the company's commitment to providing a versatile platform capable of meeting diverse installation design requirements.

"We are thrilled to be a part of InfoComm 2024 and to have the opportunity to demonstrate our latest innovations to pro-AV industry professionals in the US," says Tom Knesel, Powersoft's general manager, North America. "InfoComm provides us with an invaluable platform to connect with our industry peers and demonstrate how Powersoft is shaping the future of audio technology."

To learn more about the endless possibilities offered by the Unica platform, the Verso cloud gateway and the MyUniverso platform, find Powersoft on Stand #C9327 at the InfoComm show, taking place from June 8-14, 2024 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
