MIR Broadens its Boundaries to Include the Corporate World and Workspace

MIR - Live Entertainment Expo, the B2B event orchestrated by Italian Exhibition Group dedicated to integrated audio-visual, lighting and sound solutions, the only industry event in Italy, returns to Rimini Expo Centre from April 7 - 9, 2024 with a 7th edition that has expanded to take on board innovative multimedia solutions for the workplace of the future.

After the success of the 2023 edition, which boasted numbers higher than pre-COVID levels thanks to +12% of professional operators who embraced a contemporary, immersive and integrated format, rooted in an local area with a natural vocation for professional entertainment and live music, MIR 2024 will welcome technological supply chains and solutions, incorporating the corporate, museum, educational and retail spheres, as well as indulging system integrators, designers, consultants, creative agencies and rental companies, not to mention technology producers and distributors.

The theme of integration of the most advanced digital processes and tools in the workplace will play the starring role in Tech Area thanks to the involvement of the major players in the industry, ready to roll out the trends and innovations of the market in specific panels dedicated to the advantages of unified communications and collaboration. During the event, exhibitors will meet up with end-user communities through multiple activities: from conferences to masterclasses dedicated to training, to experiential courses where the public can experience market innovations first-hand.

There will be three exhibition areas at MIR 2024. Audio, visual, and lighting systems make up the core of MIR Tech, an area created in collaboration with SIEC - Systems Integration Experience Community, which in the new edition will embrace all topics related to new trends in the world of work, teaching, space design and interactive solutions. MIR Club , a space dedicated to the Dance Music industry, will combine exhibition areas with the latest from international players in the industry, staging cultural events and live performances held by nationally renowned DJs and producers. Not forgetting the return of Live You Play, the exclusive and unique format in the world where "backstage is on stage": latest generation immersive stagecraft will showcase state of the art technology for live music and invite professionals to test the secrets and strengths of all the equipment, above and below the stage.
