DECK TO/GO Announces the Creation of Its First Sales and Rental Hub in the US DECK TO/GO announces that Global Scenic Services has agreed to become the exclusive distributor of DECK TO/GO products along the Northeast coast of the US, and operate the DECK TO/GO Northeast Hub. After 2-years of collaboration, including work accomplished for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, the two companies decided to accelerate the collaboration and create a major rental and distribution hub in the Northeast of the United States. For TO/GO's president, Stephan Berger, this just made sense. ''Ever since we worked with Global on projects, and saw how professional and rigorous they were about timelines, safety, and especially efficient about solving typical production issues, we thought it would be a good fit. Global has a fantastic soul and great staff and it just works,'' Berger says. As Jim Malski, president of Global Scenic Services says: "The TO/GO system is an incredibly efficient staging system that will complement our custom fabrication and automation services and bring more value and savings to our clients." The hub will offer the full line-up of products including; stages, rolling risers, tiered seating, and VIP floor systems. The company will offer the services to a broad range of clients from small to XXL. They will cover the education, festival, trade show, production, and construction sectors. For Berger, having staff close to the end client is key for many aspects including; site surveys, production meetings, rapidity, as well as local knowledge about the local best practices for transport, staff and safety. Users will be able to look at all the products and shop online at www.decktogonortheast.com DECK TO/GO Northeast has the ability to serve customers nationwide, but its main territory focuses on the Northeast states including; ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI, NY, NJ, PA, MD, DE, DC. The TO/GO manufacture is located South of Montreal, Canada. Just 30 minutes from the US border, six hours from the rental hub, 5 hours from Boston, and 7 hours from NYC. This joint venture also opens doors for Global Scenic into the Canadian market, with easy access to border crossing, Canadian work force, production studio, and more. TO/GO's patented convertible deck system includes adjustable deck system, large & small stages, tiered seating bleachers, access ramps, VIPs, ADA platforms, rolling risers, as well as many other creative applications. The system is 15% to 30% lighter than the competition, with no compromise to the load capacity (220 psf to 300 psf). The compact design also allows for less space in the trucks and easier storage. Finally, the patented union clip system enables for a time saving setup, up to 50% faster, the company says.
