ENTTEC Announces the Release of S-Play Firmware v1.6.0ENTTEC announces v1.6.0 of S-Play Firmware. This update is packed with new features to build on top of the S-Play's feature set. This introduces customizable user interfaces, more playback controls, and an updated schedules page. Users can create web interfaces with buttons and sliders to allow end users to control the S-Play's playlists. Provide as much or as little control over the system as they need. *Multiple interfaces are supported at once. *Playback controls for all Playlists (play / pause / stop). *Playback control for a specific Playlist. *Intensity for all or a specific Playlist *Define if to show interfaces on the S-Play homepage or not. *Set an interface as the S-Play's default web page. A re-worked schedules page means faster loading speeds, more intuitive UI, and new options to offset schedules from sunrise and sunset. Users can fade a light show in before the sun sets and fade it out again after the sun has risen the following morning. As users can set their location within the S-Play, this will remain accurate all year round, wherever you are, the company says. V1.6.0 added a "Restrict to one playlist per group" option to ensure only one playlist per playback group can play at once -- playing a new playlist will stop all others (fade times are factored in). Users can now also send black frames on playlist stop (useful for blacking out all pixels when stopping playback). Fade out on stop now extends into the next loop instead of containing it in the playlist cycle.
