64 Audio Launches the apex and tia In-Ear Monitor Technologies64 Audio, a manufacturer of in-ear monitors, has unveiled two new technologies. As a provider in premier in-ear monitors, 64 Audio introduces apex, a new and improved in-ear technology, and the tia -- a first of its kind, tubeless in-ear audio system. 64 Audio's apex stands for Air Pressure Exchange. It features a pneumatically interactive vent that relieves pneumatic pressure (also known as air pressure) caused by miniature speakers placed in a sealed ear canal. With the apex technology, these pressures are greatly reduced, the sound quality is improved, and the stereo image is much wider. Additionally, instrument separation is more distinguishable because the sound is delivered to the eardrum in a more natural way. Launching immediately is the apex-m20 module -- the ultimate choice for those seeking the highest level of isolation. The module is specifically designed to fit the proprietary apex socket. The m20 is available as a standard option for all Custom A-Series and Universal Fit U-Series models today and is backwards compatible with previously sold A-Series and U-Series earphones. Due to the improved design, the m20 module is easy to install -- this means it can also be conveniently switched out with other modules for different levels of isolation and flavors of sound. "The m20 module's design is vastly improved for durability, and is virtually maintenance free," states founder and CTO, Vitaliy Belonozhko. "The vent is intelligently located to prevent debris build up, also significantly minimizing wind noise. Our R&D team has been working diligently to improve upon the previous module, and I am proud to announce that we have succeeded!" "We have designed our in-ear monitors with apex to ensure that the 64 Audio brand will inspire and 'wow' musicians, studio, and live recording engineers, audiophiles, music enthusiasts, and concert goers for years to come," beamed Chuck Reynolds, director of sales. "We're also very excited to unveil the new tia system, which is the industry's first tubeless in-ear monitor design. It features a direct radiating, front-vented driver system with frequency shaping acoustic chambers which extends depth and frequency response. It also has a built in passive radiator that enhances bass and reduces the occlusion effect. A product with the tia system will be announced in the fourth quarter of 2016." The company says 64 Audio is once again pushing the industry forward with innovation and improvements upon existing technology. "The results are superior products that sound better than anything currently on the market."
