Crossfade Design Opens Dallas Office; Sam Brown Promoted to Designer Crossfade Design continues its evolution by opening a new office in the Dallas suburb of Plano, Texas. The location includes space for Crossfade Design's expanding rental inventory, design offices, and the company's second pre-visualization studio. Pre-viz studio number one is located in Crossfade's main office in New Albany, Indiana (a suburb of Louisville, Kentucky). Equipment on-hand at the studios include MA Lighting grandMa3/grandMa2 consoles, Elation Professional Obsidian M-Series consoles, MA3D, ESP Vision, and Mbox servers. Senior designer/partner Eric Wade will head up this new office along with office assistants Theresa Harris and Toni Wade. Michael Nevitt, senior designer/partner, will continue to oversee the New Albany headquarters along with office manager Sara Whitbeck and the team of technicians and support staff. Sam Brown has been promoted from associate designer to designer and will relocate to the new Dallas office. Brown joined the company in 2017 after receiving a BFA in theatre from University of Oklahoma. Brown is the leader of a team that handles design and programming for Buffalo Sabres and Cleveland Cavaliers, as well as many other projects.
