Chauvet Professional to Unveil Full-Feature Color-Mixing RGBA-Lime Ellipsoidal at LDIChauvet Professional has added more "color" to its popular Ovation Series with the introduction of the Ovation E-910FC, a new five-color RGBA+Lime LED ellipsoidal that will debut at LDI 2015. Powered by 91 3W RGBAL LEDs, the Ovation E-190FC produces a flat, even field of light for superior color mixing and a brilliant output rivaling that of an incandescent fixture: 1,894 lux at 5m (with a 26-degree lens). It also features a virtual color wheel with 31 colors that match popular gel colors when projected by a tungsten fixture, as well as nine color temperature presets from 2,800K to 6,500K with high CRI that create whites identical to a tungsten source. Along with its brightness and excellent color rendering, the Ovation E-910FC offers a full complement of control options that make it well suited to many applications -- from theater and house of worship, to production/rental, to TV and film. Users can choose from a wide range of DMX personalities (five-, seven-, 10-, 12-, 13-, or 15-channels) to achieve great control flexibility, such as ultra-smooth 16-bit dimming of individual colors in addition to master dimming. This versatile ellipsoidal also provides selectable dimming curves, RDM (Remote Device Management) for added flexibility, and adjustable PWM (pulse width modulation) to avoid flickering on camera. Another outstanding feature on the Ovation E-910FC are new "HD" lenses that deliver superior output and gobo projection and are compatible with existing industry standard lenses.
