We are also very proud to announce that following the success of the Riggers Forums in both London and Leeds, the SECC have kindly offered to host the PLASA Riggers Forum in Glasgow, running alongside the Glasgow Focus.

The Forum is aimed squarely at working riggers who rarely have an opportunity to discuss their opinions outside of the workplace and is a great opportunity for the Scottish rigging community to meet and network.

Forum manager Chris Higgs says: "The Forum will present an update on the NRC, observations about rigging for aerial performance and discuss the availability of rigging training in Scotland. We'll be looking at what's available, what people think should be available, the quality of training, how it relates to the NRC and more."

The presentation will be made by Higgs and the panel will include representatives of the National Rigging Advisory Group, rigging practitioners and trainers.

The Forum is free to attend and starts at 2pm on December 2.
