RCF Extends Low Frequency Offerings with HDL53-AS and TTL6-ASRCF has now produced two cabinets of similar format providing a compatible bass extension to RCF products in the HDL and TT+ Series. Each contains three 12" bass transducers powered by 3,300W of Class D digital amplification. The HDL53-A occupies the same size enclosure as the HDL50-A active three-way line array cabinet, using the same hardware for integration into line array systems. The design allows for a cardioid dispersion in a wide low and low-to-mid range and keep the stage clean from feedbacks. The TTL6-AS occupies the same size enclosure at the TTL6-A active three-way line source column array, and uses the same hardware for integration when stacking or flying this system. With either system, the cabinets extend the frequency response down to 35Hz. Each cabinet has onboard DSP with selectable presets as well as RCF's RDNet processing, enabling optimization of the cabinet in all applications as well as being able to integrate into system designs, manage DSP control and monitor all of the cabinet's components. RFC's HDL53-A will be on display at NAMM 2017 running January 19 - 22, 2017 in Anaheim, California at RCF booth 6780.
