TRU Universals and Customs are the newest product offering from Westone in the music and hearing health categories, utilizing advanced acoustic filter technology. These compact, low profile and interchangeable filters offer advanced hearing protection that is comfortable and critical to musicians as well as to fans listening to live music at concerts and nightclubs. TRU earpieces are also ideal for sporting events, air travel, movies, and other recreational activities that have noise levels that can cause discomfort or permanent hearing damage if protection is not worn. TRU will be available for purchase in early-February. TRU Customs have four filters and offer attenuation ranging from 14dB to 24dB allowing the user to "protect and select the bass and mid effect." Each custom earpiece designed and assembled at Westone's Colorado Springs, Colorado laboratory, is precisely fitted to the user's ear canal providing maximum comfort and incredible clarity.
