Additional PLASA Focus Dates Announced for 2014PLASA Events has confirmed the dates and locations for the next two editions of its North American regional trade show series. Following PLASA Focus: Nashville 2014, to be held on February 18-19, at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, the PLASA Focus series is coming to Baltimore on May 8-9, 2014, and Austin on September 10-11, 2014. PLASA Focus: Baltimore 2014 will be held in the Reitz Arena at Loyola University, Maryland, located just ten minutes from downtown Baltimore and thirty minutes from BWI Airport. PLASA Focus: Austin 2014 will be returning to the Palmer Events Center in Austin following the success of two PLASA Focus events previously held at the venue. Having made a name for itself during the past two years, the PLASA Focus series will continue to provide live production professionals with access to the very latest pro audio, lighting, AV, and stage technologies. Each PLASA Focus event is free to attend and also offers attendees the opportunity to take part in the highly acclaimed PLASA Professional Development Program, a free program of educational sessions which run alongside each show. "We are continuing our commitment to providing compelling content through the Professional Development Program which will be further enhanced by the addition of hands-on training opportunities," comments Chris Toulmin, head of PLASA Events.
