Coolux Releases Widget Designer Remote Control App for iPhone and iPad

coolux GmbH recently released the Widget Designer Remote App, which is available to download for free at the iTunes AppStore.

The coolux Widget Designer Remote is a universal app that runs natively on both the iPhone/iPod Touch and the iPad.

This app gives makes it possible for users to remote control their Widget Designer show control interface.

Widget Designer Remote sends TCP or UDP commands as well as touch data to the coolux Widget Designer on the user's Wi-Fi network. 20 customized buttons can be set up to send Widget Designer scripts. A multitouch panel allows the sending of mouse and multi-touch data as well. The Widget Designer Remote is also able send the accelerometer data needed for further node processing.

The iPhone setup is particularly easy: To connect to the Widget Designer software, users have to simply enable their iPhone Remote settings by signing the desired TCP or UDP protocol and port. The network connection and button script can be set up in the App's settings on the user's iPhone.
