DALI Group Appoints Scott Wade as Technical Manager to Support Global Growth

Aiming to provide active participation opportunities to its growing number of members and continuously develop the strength of the digital addressable lighting interface (DALI) technology, DALI Group recently announced the appointment of Dr. Scott Wade as technical manager.

Dr. Wade has more than 20 years of experience in the lighting industry having previously worked for Helvar and Honeywell in the UK. He is based in London and will support the members of the DALI Group globally. Dr. Wade brings a wealth of knowledge in the area of DALI and lighting controls. Dr. Wade holds a MEng in electrical and electronic engineering as well as a PhD in the field of power electronics.

Dr. Wade will focus on the strategic roadmap of DALI, industry training programs, plus implementation of the logo license procedure to ensure support for new devices and interoperability.
