PR Lighting Boosts Architectural Range PR Lighting has intensified its penetration of the architectural lighting market with the release of the PR-8800 and PR-8802 -- which, the company says, create vibrant outdoor color changes with the added possibility of wireless DMX control. The PR-8800's design includes a true outdoor IP67 waterproof rating, an advanced RGB color mixing system and automatic environmental brightness adjustment. It has already obtained an exterior design patent. Containing one hundred eight 3W LED's (27 each RGBW) and linear color temperature correction, it has a power consumption of 350W at 220V and LED lifetime of 50,000 hours. Other features include 0-100% linear adjustable dimmer; 0-20 fps strobe; field angle of 28 degrees (with optional 26 degrees and 56 degrees) and beam angle of 14 degrees (with optional 8 degrees and 45 degrees); DMX512 (and wireless) control, with 16 recallable preset and 16 user memories. The DMX mode, setting status, operation mode and user's memory data can be transmitted by synchronous control. Housed in m high-strength cast aluminum chassis, the PR-8800 measures 706mm x 293mm x 339mm and weighs 17kg. Other functions include: Control board temperature display; fixture service time display and timer control. Standard accessories include barn door, clamps and a safety cord. The PR-8802 resembles the PR-8800 but has two stacked 'heads', containing a total of two hundred sixteen 3W LED's (54 each RGBW) and double the power rating. It also boasts the same characteristics (including IP67 rating), but the lens angle is 14 degrees (field angle 32 degrees) while the fixture measures 726mm x 513mm x 666mm and weight 27kg.
