3G Productions to Acquire Assets of Beachsound in Miami for Significant Expansion into Eastern United States3G Productions, Inc., announced today the execution of an asset purchase agreement under which 3G will acquire substantially all assets of Beachsound. Following the completion of the transaction, 3G expects to integrate all Beachsound employees into the pro forma organization. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Beachsound, headquartered in Miami Gardens, Florida, is a full-service production company with one of the most extensive inventories of equipment in the region. It supplies high-end technical support for all facets of the entertainment and corporate event industries including sound, lighting, truss, rigging, design, visual design suites, product training, support, repair, trucking, and labor. "The acquisition of Beachsound establishes a physical presence for 3G outside the western region of the United States for the first time. It is very exciting for the new opportunities we can provide our existing as well as new clients in that area," said 3G co-owner Eli Stearns.
