DTS Lighting Now a Permanent Fixture at Group One Ltd.Group One Ltd., the US distributor for Avolites and elektraLite lighting products as well as DiGiCo, Calrec, and other pro audio lines, announces that it has now officially inked a US distribution agreement with Designed To Shine (DTS) Lighting. The announcement comes from Jack Kelly, Group One president, and Paolo Albani, DTS sales and marketing director. Effective as of October 1, the Farmingdale, New York-based distributor is now handling all US (including Puerto Rico) sales and support activities for the venerable Italian lighting manufacturer. Reporting to Kelly, Avolites national sales manager Brad White and elektraLite national sales manager Tyler Wise are jointly tasked with spearheading Group One's efforts with the DTS brand. "DTS joined Group One on several Lighting Roadshow tours for Avolites and elektraLite this year, and the chemistry between our teams and brands made it obvious that we should be working together," says Kelly. "Our team actually goes back 25 years with lighting products from Italy, and after investigating the market and DTS' products over the past quarter, we're very pleased to announce this new partnership. DTS is a terrific fit to our portfolio of lighting products managed by Brad and Tyler, and we're confident that we'll be able to maximize the brand's visibility to the widest possible audience."
