London-Based KUDOS AV Invests in Safety and Efficiency with a Data Strategy QC-Check Workstation

London-based Kudos AV arrived on the Data Strategy stand at London's PLASA 2019 exhibition to confirm its order of a two-bay QC-Check 660 Workstation, incorporating PAT-4 and CAB-5 test equipment from technology partner, Out Board.

Kudos AV is a prestige event management company delivering full-service event production with high quality audio, visual, lighting, and staging solutions. In response to continued growth, the company consistently invests in new equipment, and Data Strategy's QC-check will provide the company's stock and inventory system with increased levels of efficiency as well as safety.

Kudos possesses a large and wide-ranging inventory of equipment, so, with the QC-Check workstation situated in its servicing department, Kudos AV managing director Harry Kataria believes the "... comprehensive system will fulfil [the company's] ongoing commitment to safety."

QC-Check will interact with the company's existing inventory management system to automatically request and log product test updates from the workstation's in-built industrial PAT and Cable inspection equipment from Out Board. One of the big advantages of the QC-Check system, Kataria says, is its capacity to "aid the management of assets." He adds, "The ability to test our equipment in-house will not only save time, but give us greater control over workflow and output."
