	Elation Professional's Colour 5 Profile

The industry spotlight will be focused on Kansas City from May 20 - 21 for PLASA Focus: Kansas City, where Elation Professional will be giving industry professionals an up-close look at its latest lighting and LED video innovations at booth 501.

Elation will have on hand for demonstration fixtures in its Platinum range including the hybrid Platinum SBX 3-in-1 luminaire and powerful Platinum BX beam fixture, along with LED-based moving heads like the Satura Spot CMY Pro. Other fixtures in Elation's extensive range of LED lighting include the Colour Chorus 24, part of the new Colour Chorus Series of LED batten wash lights; the Cuepix Batten, a 1.1 meter-long (43") pixel-controllable LED strip light; and the Cuepix Blinder WW4, a powerful white blinder with four individually controllable 100W warm white COB LED modules. Other products include the SixPar Series of indoor/outdoor PAR color changers; and the Protron 3K, Elation's new high-powered LED strobe. Elation will also be showing two new ellipsoidal spots, the five-color Colour 5 Profile and the warm-white WW Profile. For LED video, the EPT9IP, an ultra-bright 9mm pixel pitch LED video panel; and the high resolution, service-friendly EMAG4 LED video panel will be on display.

Platinum SBX: The Platinum SBX is an innovative full-featured three-in-one luminaire which can be utilized as a beam, spot, or wash fixture. This compact fixture combines new lamp technology from a Philips MSD Platinum 17RA 350W lamp with a new optical system for a flat field of light and kicks out 20,000 lumens of power, comparable to 700W fixtures and extremely energy efficient.

Platinum BX: The Platinum BX is a compact yet powerful beam luminaire that combines new lamp technology from a Philips MSD Platinum 17RA 350W lamp with a new optical system to kick out over 15,000 lumens of power. The Platinum BX is fast and delivers extreme output along a tight 2.5-degree beam at four times the level of previous beam models.

Satura Spot CMY: The LED-based Satura Spot CMY is a high-powered LED spot luminaire with zoom, CMY color mixing, and dual gobo wheels. Seven dichroic colors are included for added color customization. Its 320W LED engine delivers 11,700 lumens of power for an output across all colors that is comparable to 575W and even 700W discharge fixtures.

Colour Chorus Series: Colour Chorus is a new series of LED batten wash lights that uses long life 3W RGBA LEDs for even washes of dynamic colored light. Available in .3m, .6m, 1.2m, and 1.8m lengths, hue, saturation and intensity are all individually controllable while LED group control allows for even further design possibilities.

Cuepix Batten: The Cuepix Batten is a 1.1m-long (43") pixel-controllable LED strip light that uses ten long-life 30W three-in-one RGB COB LEDs for superior color output and a powerful 4,500 total lumens of power. The Cuepix Batten can be used as a pixel bar for displaying imagery or as a wash luminaire for floodlighting surfaces and stages making for an exceptionally flexible LED luminaire.

SixPar Series: The SixPar Series of indoor and outdoor PAR color changers features a revolutionary six-color LED multi-chip that provides an expanded palette of colors. Useful for production applications or installations, the SixPar's high-power single lens RGBWA+UV LEDs provide a creative color boost to the lighting designer toolbox. It is available in three versions (indoor or outdoor) -- SixPar 100, SixPar 200, and SixPar 300, with seven, 12, and 18 x 12W LEDs respectively.

Protron 3K LED Strobe: This high power LED strobe light features 202 CREE XB-D cool white LEDs that kick out 80,000 lumens of power without thermal issues. Utilizing special optics and new LED driver technology, the Protron 3K features built-in macros like "burst" and "lighting" effects. Energy-efficient with a peak power output of 900W, it delivers a much better ROI compared to other 3,000W Xenon strobes on the market.

Colour 5 Profile: The Colour 5 Profile is an ellipsoidal spot with 180W five-color LED engine (red, green, blue, amber, mint) for an expanded palette of colors, including stunning ambers and true whites. The Colour 5 Profile emits 4,100 lumens of power with a superior quality of light (CRI over 94). A range of interchangeable lens options (19-degree, 26-degree, 36-degree, and 50-degree) are sold separately. A four-blade manual framing system, electronic strobe, and a selection of variable dimming curves is also included.

WW Profile: The WW Profile is an ellipsoidal spot that projects a soft, warm white light that is ideal when illuminating speakers, performers, or emphasizing on-stage scenery. Powered by a 130W warm white LED engine, output is 6,700 lumens with a CRI over 94. Interchangeable lens options of 19-degree, 26-degree, 36-degree, and 50-degree (sold separately) make it a highly effective directional white light luminaire. Manual focus and four-blade framing system allow for full control of the beam shape.

Cuepix Batten: The Cuepix Batten is a 1.1m-long (43") pixel-controllable LED strip light that uses ten 30W three-in-one RGB COB LEDs for smooth, shadow-free color blending. Ideal for adding high-impact colored light to productions of all types, the Cuepix Batten can be used as a pixel bar, blinder, or floodlighting wash luminaire.

EPT9IP: Featuring outstanding image quality, the EPT9IP is an ultra-bright 9mm pixel pitch LED panel that ticks all the boxes for a professional LED display. It incorporates the latest dot correction technology for superior color and brightness uniformity and delivers an impressive 5,000 nits of brightness, more than sufficient for any indoor use and bright enough for virtually any outdoor application. Integrated curving options from -15-degree to +15-degree allow designers to create a variety of seamless curved video displays.

EMAG4: The EMAG4 is a high resolution 4.8mm pixel pitch LED video panel optimized for the high-pace setup and tear down frequency of on-the-road productions, exhibitions and corporate AV, and is also an optimal LED display for venues that stage in-house productions like theatres and houses of worship. Featuring outstanding image quality and built to the highest standards, a host of convenient features like tool-less quick locks and a service-friendly magnetic module design make the panels easy to install and disassemble.
