A Gentleman's Guide to Love & Murder Dominates Outer Critics Circle AwardsThe Outer Critics Circle announces its winners from the best of New York Theatre for the 2013-14 season in 24 categories. A Gentleman's Guide to Love & Murder led with four wins, including Outstanding New Broadway Musical, Robert L. Freedman for Book of a Musical, Darko Tresnjak for Director, and Jefferson Mays for Actor. Following close behind are Bullets Over Broadway and The Glass Menagerie with three wins each. Bullets' William Ivey Long took home the award for Costume Design, while Featured Actor and Actress went to Nick Cordero and Marin Mazzie. Glass Menagerie was honored for Outstanding Revival of a Play, as well as Outstanding Actress and Featured Actor (Cherry Jones and Brian J. Smith). The 64th Annual Outer Critics Circle Awards ceremony will be held on May 22, 4pm, at Sardis Restaurant.
