4Wall Provides Lighting and Crew for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama Celebration 4Wall Nashville recently sent lighting gear and crew south to Huntsville to shine light on an important celebration for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama (TMMAL): the first V6 engine for the Highlander produced at the plant. PR agency The McComm Group created an immersive and press friendly experience for the event, which also showcased the three millionth engine produced at TMMAL. An additional cause for celebration was a commemorative donation by TMMAL of $50,000 to two local community non-profits. McComm tasked 4Wall with the entire lighting experience from start to finish. Design and labor were provided as well as an equipment list that included Martin MAC Auras, Philips Vari*Lite VL2500 and VL3500 Spots, and Color Kinetics ColorBlast TRX fixtures. The overhead rig included both Tomcat Light Duty Truss and Tyler GT Truss; all were raised by CM 1/2-Ton Hoists. "Our goal for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama always is to create a ceremony that celebrates the team members and their achievements. The 4Wall team really lit up our stage design and helped give an energy to the ceremony that captured the excitement of the day," says McComm group vice president Lynn Temple. See 4Wall at PLASA Focus: Baltimore, May 8 - 9.
