One Month to ETCP Testing Application Deadline - USITT 2013Entertainment Technician Certification Program provides evidence of the recipient's technical proficiency and professionalism in the industry and offers the opportunity to distinguish the holder when ETCP Certified. Having ETCP Certification demonstrates that the recipient is in the top third of the industry professionals in North America. To maintain the certification, the holder must accrue continuing education credits which shows their employer the holder is current with industry developments and practices. To date, ETCP has issued almost 1,600 certifications. The ETCP examinations will be given at USITT in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. All three ETCP examinations will be administered in one session the morning of Saturday, March 23, 2013. Candidates who wish to take more than one exam should contact ETCP. USITT members, and employees of member companies, receive a $100 discount on examination fees. Interested applicants must submit their application, along with supporting materials and fee, to the ETCP office no later than March 1, 2013.
