Alexandre Lefrançois Joins Show Distribution

Show Distribution Corporation Inc. announces the nomination of Alexandre Lefrançois as technical director, hoists and automation. His main responsibilities will focus on the set-up of procedures and follow-up for the certification of chain hoists.

Lefrançois has been a part of the show business scene since a very young age. He has toured South America and Europe with Cirque du Soleil's Varikai and Saltimbamco shows before taking on the role of lighting technician for many shows and tours, notably Britney Spears and Alicia Keys, at Solotech. He later moved on to become technical lighting coordinator.

With this nomination, Show Distribution wants to redevelop its certification department and offer its clients a better and broader customer service. Its Quebec City workshop already houses a team of specialists working on the retrofitting, rebuilding and repair of Liftket chain hoists, the company says.

"I've worked with Alexandre for many years during my tenure at Solotech and I am convinced that his extensive technical experience in the show business industry will help Show Distribution to elevate its expertise in hoists and automation," says Nancy McNeil, vice president, human resources and development at Show Distribution Corp.
