Bandit Lites Hires Quinton Christian as Facilities Manager Bandit Lites has hired Quinton Christian as facilities manager in its Nashville office. Christian will oversee the operations of Bandit's largest warehouse, emphasizing safety, vendor maintenance, and cost-effect measures to ensure an optimal work environment. Prior to joining Bandit, Christian was employed at Tennessee State University where he also earned his bachelor of science in business management. Initially hired as a carpenter, he worked his way up to supervisor and then joined the management team where he was involved with various trades. "I managed maintenance on a campus with over 60 buildings, 50-plus trades technicians, and 4,000-plus students," Christian says. "I'm really excited about my new role as facilities manager here at Bandit. It's a great opportunity to take on new challenges, keep things running smoothly, and make a real impact on the workplace environment. I enjoy problem-solving, working with different teams, and ensuring everything operates efficiently. There are a few things to learn, but I'm looking forward to growing in this position and making a difference."
