Jeremy Payne, Jules Van Schelt Promoted to Lead The Music People Sales TeamThe Music People (TMP), supplier of musical instrument accessories and pro-audio products, announces the promotion of Jeremy Payne to senior director of the MI Business Unit and Jules Van Schelt to Pro AVL manager. Exertis | Jam, a leading value-added pro-AVL distributor in the US and global accessories supplier, acquired TMP in 2020 and supports TMP's continued growth and opportunities for employees. Following in the footsteps of Tom Tedesco, who was recently promoted to president and CEO of TMP, Payne and Van Schelt will lead business development and supervise sales while expanding training and educational programs for representatives. Payne has been with TMP since 2010, working his way up from VIP account manager to on-stage sales and marketing director to brand director. Van Schelt joined the company in 2017, serving as a national account manager and liaison for Guitar Center Professional. "Jeremy and Jules are natural leaders who will move into their new roles seamlessly. The future is bright and there is a lot of opportunity for TMP and the entire Exertis family.
