James Thomas Engineering Launches JT TrussHaving developed its revolutionary new JT30 and JT40 trusses at the start of 2013, James Thomas Engineering announces the launch of its complete JT Truss range. The original JT30 and JT40 square configuration has been extended to include triangular and ladder truss options and an ultra-convenient "out of the box" arched roof system. JT Truss is a high-capacity, light-weight truss system aimed at the permanent installation market. Unique universal male/female forks allow versatility of connection and are held together by specially designed tapered pins which according to the company ensure fast, easy removal and form clean, strong joints. Off the shelf lengths are available from 0.5m - 5m with a choice of solid corners or gates, two- to six-way corner options and a three-way T-corner connection. Custom lengths are available to order, as are James Thomas Engineering's (JTE) project consultation services. JTE's operations manager, Paul Young states: 'Our introduction of the JT30 and JT40 truss caused something of a mini revolution, with customers loving the new, fast method of assembly and breakdown facilitated by the universal forks and tapered pins. It has rapidly proved itself to be an immense success. However, to create a range truly worth considering, we decided to develop this still further into a full James Thomas brand, JT Truss. This range offers our customers a complete choice of square, triangular, and ladder truss to fit every application from temporary display to permanent heavy-duty installations." "We are particularly excited about our 'out of the box' JT30 arched roof systems which are designed as quick, reliable solutions for event and exhibition work." Each arched roof system has been designed around standard 8' x 4' decking to ensure universal compatibility and comprises the new JT Truss product range with Keder-groove style PVC covers. These are secure and easy to fit with a selection of colors available on request. Composed almost entirely of standard components, the company says the JT Truss arched roof systems are accompanied by accredited structural reports to globally recognized standards and guarantee strength, versatility, and affordability. "JT Truss is born from the culmination of our experience as manufactures and solid research to ascertain exactly what our customers want," continues Young. "We are very confident from response received so far that the new JT Truss range will be extremely popular and are actively searching for new rental companies and distributors to expand our presence across Europe."
