High End Systems Debuts New Products at ProLight + Sound Expo High End Systems, a Barco company, will showcase a broad spectrum of product offerings at the 2011 Pr Light + Sound expo held April 6-9, 2011 in Frankfurt, Germany. This year's event will serve as the launch pad for several new lighting products and upgraded solutions designed to enhance live events with creative lighting solutions. High End Systems previewed the intellaspot automated luminaire at last year's show, and will further demonstrate the now-popular fixture in full force. The company says the intellaspot offers groundbreaking innovations in optics, lamp configurations, high lumen output, energy efficiency, zoom range, and overall feature set -- all at a highly economical price point. Debuting at this year's show is the innovative "indigo highlighter" feature. Exclusive to the intellaspot, the indigo highlighter provides designers with additional LED output from the fixture and increases the layering abilities of the large exiting aperture fixture. This feature utilizes four 1W indigo LEDs mounted discretely to the front of the fixture. Further demonstrating its commitment to automated lighting, High End Systems is unveiling the brand new Technospot. With what the company says is an unprecedented output from a 575W discharge lamp, the Technospot is a full featured, hard-edge automated luminaire available at a lower price point than other fixtures in its class. With a large exiting aperture, impressive zoom range, and extensive effects, the Technospot brings professional touring features to clubs, small theatres, and the like. Experts from High End Systems will be on hand to demonstrate the latest software release for the Wholehog line of consoles. Software version 3.2.0 empowers users of the Wholehog 3, Road Hog Full Boar, Road Hog, and Hog 3PC systems by adding new features and enhancements geared towards increasing productivity and creativity. This release includes many features requested by programmers and has recently undergone intensive beta testing to ensure reliability. Highlights include network tracking and failover, color coding of data, keystroke macros, and more. "The range of products we are showing at Pro Light and Sound 2011 further demonstrates our commitment to the lighting industry, both with professional lighting and console products," said Bill Morris, CEO of High End Systems. "Lighting professionals need elegant solutions without compromise, and High End Systems is dedicated to fulfilling that need." High End Systems is presenting its products with its German distributer Arcus in Booth #A88, located in Hall 9.0. Additional products on display will include the DL.3 Digital Light, Axon media server, Cyberlight 2.0, SHOWGUN 2.5, SHOWBEAM 2.5, SHOWPIX, StudioPix, FQ-100 fog machine, and the Wholehog line of consoles and wings.
