Felix Lighting Adds Robe Pointes to Rental StockCalifornia sales and rental company Felix Lighting -- with offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco -- has added 48 Robe Robin Pointe multi-purpose moving lights to its inventory. Account representative Charlie Malings said, "I heard about the Pointe from a lighting designer friend of mine who loves the fixture, so we were curious about it. Heather Busch [rental and production segment manager] at Robe Inc. arranged a demo fixture to be sent out, and we were blown away by the output, speed, and all the numerous other features." He added that the multipurpose benefits of the intelligent lighting fixture make it a hit in their inventory. "With a great selection of colors, the zoom range and the prism effects, it provides beamage galore! In addition, our Pointes also have the wireless (DMX data control) option." Felix Lighting rental manager Roger Pullis adds, "The Pointe is a perfect addition to our inventory and we are seeing it specified on a wide array of events. The Pointe should be successful in all of the various rental markets that we serve, including special events, corporate shows, concert touring, television, festivals, live theatre, and exhibit/trade shows." In business for 20 years, Felix Lighting offers a range of intelligent, LED lighting, and consoles for the rental and sales market. They also carry a complete line of LED video panels, power distro, dimming, special effects, and conventional lighting along with truss, motors, and rigging. The new Pointes join their Robe LED blinders already in stock. See Robe at PLASA Focus: Nashville, February 18 - 19.
