4Wall Promotes Al Ridella and Adds Brian Friborg to the Team

Al Ridella, who led 4Wall's New York location as general manager for the previous three years, has been promoted to the position of national sales manager. To fill the vacancy created by Ridella's new role, the company has added experienced industry executive Brian Friborg to the role of 4Wall New York GM.

Ridella's new position will entail focusing on not only east coast markets, but also markets across the country. He will work with outside sales teams in all of 4Wall's locations (Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Nashville, New York, and Washington DC) to coordinate growth and customer support.

4Wall CEO Kathy Torjman spoke of moving Ridella to a nationwide role. "Al has always been someone who our customers love, and he truly believes in our 'Large Enough to Service, Small Enough to Care' mantra. We're excited to bring his knowledge, enthusiasm, and customer service to clients nationwide."

Friborg brings to 4Wall a wealth of industry experience gained through previous roles as VP of global lighting sales for Harman Professional, as well as CEO of Martin Professional (prior to Harman's acquisition of the brand).

Friborg joins 4Wall New York at an important and opportune time, as the company recently completed the purchase of Shadowstone, Inc., a film and media entertainment company based in New Jersey.

While he is well known for his skills in leadership, customer service, and team building, Friborg was also responsible for more than $200M in global sales as the head of Harman's lighting division.
