High End Systems Announces Sales and Management PromotionsFollowing the release of the SolaSpot Pro 1000 and SolaWash FX 1000 luminaires at the recent Prolight + Sound exhibition, High End Systems has announced several key promotions within their sales and management teams. Jeff Pelzl has been promoted to general manager of High End Systems; a 26 year veteran of the company, Pelzl has worked in numerous roles within the organization throughout his tenure, most recently in marketing management and as sales manager for the Pacific Rim territory. Additionally, in the restructuring of High End's sales organization, Sean Hoey is assuming a new position as US national sales manager, while Scott Kinnebrew will now be handling sales for the Northeast US region. Pelzl commented, "I'm excited to take on this new role for the company, and believe my years of experience in many facets of our operation has more than prepared me to lead our management team in this new era. With innovative new products constantly being introduced in our SolaRange, our industry standard digital lighting products, and the continued development of the Hog OS platform, we now have more products than ever to offer our customer base. Additionally, restructuring our domestic sales organization will ultimately result in an even higher level of customer service to our dealer network." Hoey added, "I first came to work at High End Systems back in the early 1990s, and it's been a great experience to have been a part of this team over the years. I'm looking forward to supporting and expanding our dealer network and customer base in this new role. I believe our restructured sales force is now stronger than ever, plus we have a wide range of unique products for the entertainment lighting community that will allow us to maintain our position as a leader in the industry." Kinnebrew also brings a wealth of industry knowledge and technical experience to his new position. He returns to High End Systems after spending five years working with Christie Digital as a field application engineer, where he worked with Walt Disney Studios, Lucasfilm, IBM, Microsoft, MetLife, The New York Police Department, The US Department of Homeland Security, The US Coast Guard, and numerous other clients. Kinnebrew commented, "Returning to High End Systems in 2016 was a no-brainer. My time at Christie was amazing, but at the end of the day lighting is my passion. The technology and the product offerings are what brought me back. LED is the future and High End is leading the industry."
