d3 Designer Now Available Through d3 Web Shop

d3 Technologies has opened up a web shop through which d3 USB keys and software licenses can be purchased directly. d3 Designer is used by designers, project managers, and technicians to collaboratively design, build, simulate, and sequence shows. First launching in USD, GBP, and EUR shops will be rolled out shortly.

d3 Designer USB keys and licenses are now directly available through the new d3 Web shop at http://store.d3technologies.com. The web shop will not only help speed up the purchasing process for customers, it also enables more flexibility in license options, with subscription available for one month, three months, six months, 12 months, or 24 months.

The company says new customers should purchase the "d3 Starter pack" first, consisting of the required d3 USB key and a two month free software subscription. The d3 USB key will be sent via courier, and comes in a box with demo disc, starter guide, and lanyard.

Those who already own a d3 USB license stick can simply purchase the software license time they require, for which the activation code will be sent by email.

The d3 web shop accepts VISA, Maestro, and American Express. Initially launching with USD as the shop's only currency, other currencies will be added shortly.

d3 Designer is the software-only version of the full d3 production suite used to design, previsualize and sequence shows with. Users can use it to communicate early show concepts or to go through different looks with clients. Users can determine which projector lenses are best far ahead of rehearsals, and collaborate in real-time using d3's unique MultiEdit feature during technical set-up. d3 Designer does everything apart from outputting the show, for which the user needs d3 hardware products.
