PSNI Announces New Affiliate, Avidex Professional Systems Network International (PSNI) announces that the PSNI shareholders approved Avidex as a new PSNI affiliate. Avidex will be licensed for the PSNI territories of San Francisco, Oakland, Fremont, Sacramento, Arden, Arcade, Roseville, San Jose, Sunnyvale, and Santa Clara, California.
