ADJ Hits the Road with a Learning ExperienceADJ is offering a learning experience to dealers as well as DJs and other end-users across the country -- at no cost. It's all part of "ADJ On Tour," a multi-city coast-to-coast educational swing that will provide hands-on training in a variety of topics from video mapping and mixing to wireless and DMX lighting; in depth insights into the company's next generation of products; impressive programmed lightshows; plus the debut of two widely anticipated series: the 2R Series and the DOTZ Series. "We're excited about the 'ADJ On Tour' program," said Alfred Gonzales, ADJ's national sales manager. "Our dealers may not always be able to make it out to trade shows, and our end-users may not make it out to every DJ show. This is a way for them to stay in touch with the latest developments without making a big travel commitment. We encourage dealers to take their staffs with them and use 'ADJ On Tour' as a training opportunity." "ADJ On Tour" sessions will be conducted by the company's product specialist staff with help at some appearances by leading outside teaching DJs, including Brian Redd, Brandon Steward (Steward Productions), and Arnoldo Offermann (Master School Dance). Visitors are invited to bring their computers to "ADJ On Tour" sessions so they can get hands-on training in software-based products like My DMX 2.0. On the product front, ADJ will be showcasing many of its latest innovations including the brand new Vizi Beam Hybrid 2R, Vizi Roller Beam 2R, and the DOTZ Series featuring COB technology in products like the DOTZ Matrix and DOTZ Flood. Also featured in the over 80 fixtures showcased at "ADJ On Tour" are the WiFly Series of DMX controllable battery powered lights, the FREQ Series, Micro LED Series, IKON LED, and Jelly Cosmos Ball. "ADJ On Tour" will also feature over 40' of truss and stands, including the DuraTruss Goliath winch-free stands, plus an array of audio gear like the advanced American Audio ELS15 BT Bluetooth compatible speaker. In addition to a comprehensive learning experience and product demonstrations, "ADJ On Tour" will provide DJs and dealers with networking opportunities and refreshments plus prizes and giveaways. "This will be a fun series of events," said Gonzales. "There will be plenty of chances to mingle with people in the industry, but more importantly, 'ADJ On Tour' is providing DJs and dealers with a rich learning opportunity -- and this is just what the doctor ordered for anyone who wants to stay on top of the latest trends and advance his or her career or business." "ADJ On Tour" events are scheduled for the following cities: Dallas at the Westin Gallery (September 18), Akron at the Double Tree Hotel on West Market Street (September 26), San Jose at the Hilton Convention Center (October 10), Boston at the Hilton North Shore in Danvers, Massachusetts (October 16), Portland, Oregon at Pro Sound and Lighting on SE Belmont (October 29), and Nashville at Sound Check on Cowan Street (November 6). "This is just the first phase of 'ADJ On Tour,' we will be rolling it out to other cities in the months ahead," said Gonzales. "Based on the feedback we're getting from dealers and end-users, this is an idea that's very right for the times."
