A.C. Lighting Inc. Appoints Canadian Sales / North American Prolyte Representative

Entertainment technology reseller, A.C. Lighting Inc. announces the appointment of experienced industry veteran, Adrian Plant, as the company's Canadian Sales / North American Prolyte representative -- with immediate effect.

The newly-created role is a result of A.C. Lighting Inc.'s strong ongoing growth in the North American market, bolstered by several high-profile exclusive distribution appointments in recent years for technology brands, including Prolyte, ArKaos, and LedGo.

Plant has been working in the entertainment industry for over 25 years. He brings a wealth of sales experience and technical knowledge to the role, having worked in professional lighting, sound, and rigging sales and installations for a varied range of clients and markets.

After beginning his career at Montreal-based audio-visual and lighting sales company, SF Marketing, Plant then spent 13 years working for Erikson Pro Audio and Martin Professional -- where he built up a solid customer base providing solutions for producers and designers of corporate events, permanent installations, and other custom projects.

This portfolio of experience and industry networking took Plant onto the next step in his career -- at Toronto-based staging and trussing manufacturer / distributor, KAD Fabrications. Working directly for the manufacturer gave Plant an invaluable insight into the entertainment market's rigging requirements, and expanded his design skills for installations.

Plant will provide Canadian representation for the full range of marques available exclusively from A.C. Lighting Inc. -- including Chroma-Q LED lighting, Jands Vista lighting and media control, ArKaos media servers, and LedGo video screens.

In addition, he will provide representation for the Prolyte staging and trussing range across the whole of North America. Plant's extensive experience of rigging on the manufacturer-side makes him well-placed to support the Prolyte range. The company says the portfolio of trussing, staging, hoists, roof systems, and crowd barriers offers perfect solutions for clients requiring safe, reliable, and high quality systems at competitive prices.
