Nominations Announced for Laurence Olivier AwardsThe nominations are in for the Laurence Olivier Awards, which honor achievement in London's West End theatre scene. Among multiple design nominees are the Bridge Theatre revival of the musical Guys and Dolls, in an environmental staging; Stranger Things: The First Shadow, a prequel to the hugely popular Netflix series, which is reportedly coming to Broadway in the 2024 - 25 season; and a new production of Sunset Boulevard, which is also Broadway-bound. Another multiple nominee, the National Theatre production of Dear England, set in the world of British football, is streaming in US cinemas this spring.
