Matt Dean Returns to Bandit as Project ManagerBandit Lites announces that Matt Dean has rejoined Bandit Lites as its newest project manager. As a member of the Nashville production office, Dean will oversee the planning, directing, and coordination of his designated tours and events, ensuring everyone involved in the project understands the specifications to deliver the Bandit Standard before each show leaves the warehouse. Dean got his start in the lighting industry in 2007 at Bandit Lites and has since worked in various roles across the lighting industry for the last 15 years, gathering experience in concert touring, integration, architectural lighting, and houses of worship. "Sometimes when people leave, you always know you'll cross paths again," shares Jake Tickle, Bandit Lites vice president of business and innovation. "Matt never really left our family; in fact, he and I had kept in touch during nearly every phase of his career. When the opportunity presented itself, we both immediately knew that he was coming home. He brings a calm, collected energy and a wealth of knowledge he's obtained over the years. I look forward to the mentorship and leadership he adds to our crew." Dean also describes his return to Bandit Lites as a homecoming, sharing, "I find it very cool how everything in my career has come full circle and led me back to Bandit. Bandit was a great foundation for me when I started in this business. I have carried the skills and standards I learned here into every job I have had. I would not be the professional I am today without my previous experience here and the opportunities I was given as a young lighting guy just starting out back in 2007. I am excited to continue my career at Bandit and look forward to what the future holds here."
