Update: Hemsley Lighting Programs From the Hemsley Lighting Programs: "Due to ongoing concerns related to the pandemic, it is with sadness that we announce the cancellation of our 2021 Internship Program. We will not be accepting applications at this time. As the world and the performing arts rebuild in the future, we will monitor any opportunity to restart the program and continue to offer this unique opportunity for young designers. For 37 years the Hemsley Lighting Programs has continued the legacy of Gilbert Hemsley by supporting the transition of lighting design students from their academic experience to their professional careers through internships, portfolio reviews, mentorships, independent studies, and master classes. We look forward to when we can continue this support in the future. "At this time we are planning a virtual Hemsley Portfolio Review that will take place in early spring.
