ACD is a full-service dealer and systems integrator specializing in lighting, dimming, rigging, drapery, and AV solutions for architectural and theatrical environments. For over 25 years, the company has offered extensive support in the design and specifications of these projects with installations, inspections, and equipment sales. With over 40 years of experience in light, sound, and video, Gemini delivers end-to-end live event production services on projects ranging from concert tours to sports events, houses of worship, and corporate and industrial theatre. In a statement, the companies say, "This acquisition allows Gemini to focus on its core mission of live event production while enabling ACD to reach new markets for those who need exceptional theatrical installation and integration. Gemini's installation team will continue serving existing clients from their Dallas, Texas, base under the new name, Gemini Integrations, an Associated Controls + Design Company, before fully transitioning to the ACD brand.
