PLASA Acquires BPM, UK-based DJ Trade Show

	The show will join the association's trade show calendar, which includes the PLASA Show and PLASA Focus Leeds.

UK-based association PLASA has acquired BPM, the UK's only dedicated trade event for the DJ sector.

This year's edition of BPM, which covers the mobile, radio, club, and karaoke markets, will be held at the event center Cranmore Park in Shirley, October 12 - 13. The show will join the association's trade show calendar, which includes the PLASA Show and PLASA Focus Leeds.

Currently, BPM welcomes 40 exhibitors and 2,000 visitors. However, the PLASA team will work to expand the show floor and bring even more visitors to the show.

Mark Parkhouse, BPM director, comments, "Developing and running BPM has been an incredible journey. But now it's time for the show to evolve, and PLASA are strongly positioned to be the new guardian. Beginning in 2025, BPM will relocate away from Cranmore Park with a refreshed vision and larger format to reflect the expansion of the DJ and producer profession. Further information about BPM 2024 will be published over the coming months.
