Spectrum Productions Names New President

Spectrum Productions, Inc. announces and welcomes Greg Gardner as the Company's new President. Gardner will be responsible for sales team management, operations management, and back office management, as well as general management responsibilities.

He joins the Spectrum Productions team from XL Video's North American operation based in Atlanta, Georgia. XL Video is a worldwide provider of LED video solutions and services to event industry. Gardner was responsible for US operations serving as Chief Operating Officer. Gardner had been with XL Video since 2010.

Prior to that, Gardner was the general manager for Advance Staging Productions, a Philadelphia based rental and staging company. Gardner has spent most of his career in management at other familiar names in the industry including AVHQ, Caribiner, AVW, and Sound & Stagecraft.

Gardner is taking over day to day management duties from founder and president Preston MacIntyre. MacIntyre will continue with the company as CEO, responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, marketing, technical innovation, and one on one customer relations. "I am pleased and excited to have found someone with such a good understanding of the foundations of the industry with keen management skills," says MacIntyre.
