ARX Releases Updated MSX32 Active Microphone / Line SplitterARX Systems have released an update of the company's MSX32 8 in, 32 out active microphone/line splitter. ARX's managing director Colin Park outlined the upgrade specifics. "Since its initial release the MSX32 has found widespread use wherever flexible, ultra-low noise audio splitting and distribution is required." "After extensive consultations with users worldwide we've upgraded the MSX32 with new features including front panel switchable gain of 0 - 10 - 20 - 30 - 40dB, Isolation Transformers as standard on front panel A and B outputs and a rear panel switch allowing direct hard-linking the channel input to the main output." "We retained popular product features including the ability for channels to be linkable up to 1 in, 32 out and our unique 'SilentSwitch' phantom power switching." "Our broadcast users also requested the addition to the range of a backup power supply for critical 'must run' applications, so we've introduced the new PSU32 redundant power supply which has the ability to power up to six MSX32 units automatically." The MSX32 is housed in a 2RU chassis, the PSU32 is housed in a 1RU chassis. Full MSX32 product details at the URL below. ARX products are distributed in US and Canada by Olsen Audio Group, Inc.
