Clear-Com Features Unified Voice Communications Solution Capabilities at InfoComm

FreeSpeak II's base, beltpack, antenna, and headset

At InfoComm 2016, Clear-Com, provider of real-time communication solutions and services, will present its latest interoperable communication product lines that enable user collaboration and instant communication. Clear-Com solutions are known for increasing effectiveness among work groups and ensuring the success of the operations and productions.

Communication is paramount. Deploying the right communications can make a significant difference in the effectiveness of any event -- from broadcast, live entertainment or industrial, commercial and corporate AV events. Clear-Com's unified voice communication solution is a future-proof investment with systems that are extremely scalable, highly reliable, and interoperable to disparate third-party communication equipment.

Products that make up Clear-Com's unified voice communication solution include HelixNet, Agent-IC, FreeSpeak II, and the LQ Series. The product lines are fully integrated so that any operator on a wired keypanel, wired or wireless beltpack, or even a mobile app could make real-time voice calls with any other user or group of users on the network, irrespective of the type of intercom device they are using. The solution can operate over a standard IP network, effectively enabling communication to take place anywhere.

As a digital network partyline intercom platform, HelixNet now provides up to 24 channels of group communication. All audio channels, program audio and audio interfaces within HelixNet can be distributed on a facility's standard LAN/WAN IT network infrastructure. Additionally, user devices such as the remote stations and speaker stations can be energized over standard Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) switches.

Users working remotely or untethered can connect to an Eclipse-HX matrix intercom system using the Agent-IC mobile app. Agent-IC features up to 15 simplex or full duplex audio channels on phone devices and on tablets. As a fully-featured mobile user station on smartphones and tablet devices it is useable over Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, and LTE networks. Agent-IC supports point-to-point, point-to-multi-point, partyline, ISO, and IFB communication.

LQ IP interfaces enable connection of disparate analog intercom systems or analog audio devices over standard LAN/WAN networks as well as the public Internet. The LQ Series consists of compact two-wire and four-wire "throw-down" boxes and rack-mounted devices providing tremendous flexibility and cost-savings. The LQ Series provides native IP technology optimized for global intercom, but is also designed to operate alongside established networked audio standards.

The 1.9GHz and 2.4GHz digital wireless intercom system is offered as a standalone base station system or as an integrated wireless cell controller card solution to the Eclipse-HX matrix intercom. Each FreeSpeak II base station can support up to 25 five-channel, full-duplex wireless beltpacks using up to 10 antennas. Flexible cellular roaming technologies allow users to move freely about in large, multi-site environments without the worry of fading or losing connection. The distributed active transceiver antennas can be positioned up to 3,200' away from the base station or matrix. The FreeSpeak II base station can now intelligently mix 1.9GHz and 2.4GHz system components such as the wireless beltpack and transceiver antennas in the same system.

Clear-Com's unified voice communication solution provides a complete turnkey solution for any voice communication application. The solution can be found on the Clear-Com booth C11725 at InfoComm 2016 running June 8 - 10 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
