Eurotruss Announces the Acquisition of Total Structures, Inc.Eurotruss announces today the acquisition of Total Structures, Inc. in Ventura, California. While no financial details of the transaction have been disclosed, the agreement results in Eurotruss becoming the sole owner of Total Structures, Inc. Total Structures was founded in 1992 and has approximately 30 employees. Over the last 25 years Total has developed many new innovative products as the Omni Connector, the Light Lock, and the Pointman Hoist line. Total Structures new management team will be led by Scott Johnson, former CEO of Tomcat USA, and Bill Berrier, former CFO of Tomcat USA. Both are planning to grow the company based on quality, dependability, and customer service. "We plan on continuing to build on the legacy of Ian Coles and Peter Johns, previous owners of Total Structures.
