TOMCAT Expands in Central and Latin AmericaTOMCAT, a provider of structural aluminum systems for the entertainment industry, is expanding its presence into the Central and South American markets with Tomcat / James Thomas Engineering Latin America. This endeavor will be headed by Jose Luis Roche and based in Miami, Florida. Roche, who has been in the entertainment industry for 27 years is also the president / owner of Roc-Off Productions, an entertainment company which has been in business for 18 years. "After three years of restructuring and growing our US operation, we are ready to expand back into a market that has been very good to us," says Scott Johnson, president / CEO of Tomcat and James Thomas Engineering. "We have been cautious with our approach back into the Latin American market and made sure we had the right person involved in the process so that customers have someone they can rely on and can lead them in the right direction for their projects. Jose and his team will provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction." Tomcat and James Thomas Engineering is the largest trussing / aluminum structure manufacturer in the Americas and, after closing their Guadalajara, Mexico facility in 2012, the company says it plans to again provide the high quality products to the loyal patrons in that region.
